2. The following information is required before a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) can be issued. The following evaluation fees apply:

• Standard Sensor (eg. Load Cell, Pressure Transducer): $300
• Standard Instrumentation: $300

The evaluation fee is not required for warranty items. Customer must provide a hard copy of a purchase order or credit card #.

Returned goods must be well packaged and shipped pre-paid.

EACH SYSTEM REQUIRES A SEPARATE REQUEST FORM TO BE COMPLETED.
